As a Care Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting, guiding, and mentoring Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care
Conducting care assessments, reviews, and spot checks to maintain quality standards
Building strong relationships with customers, families, and colleagues
Supporting scheduling and coordinating care to ensure continuity and reliability
Ensuring care plans are followed, updated, and tailored to individual needs
Responding calmly and effectively to challenges while following agreed processes
Using excellent communication and organisational skills to support daily operations
Travelling between customer visits and team locations
Holding a full driving licence and having your own vehicle (business insurance required upon successful appointment)
What we offer:
Competitive hourly rate: £16.00 – £24.00 p/h
Paid mileage at 35p per mile
28 days paid holiday (including bank holidays)
