As a Care Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting, guiding, and mentoring Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care

  • Conducting care assessments, reviews, and spot checks to maintain quality standards

  • Building strong relationships with customers, families, and colleagues

  • Supporting scheduling and coordinating care to ensure continuity and reliability

  • Ensuring care plans are followed, updated, and tailored to individual needs

  • Responding calmly and effectively to challenges while following agreed processes

  • Using excellent communication and organisational skills to support daily operations

  • Travelling between customer visits and team locations

  • Holding a full driving licence and having your own vehicle (business insurance required upon successful appointment)


What we offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: £16.00 – £24.00 p/h

Requirements
