Your responsibilities will include:
  • No previous experience required — full training and ongoing support provided

  • Building positive relationships through listening, communication, and empathy

  • Delivering person-centred care that encourages independence and confidence

  • Being adaptable and flexible, including potential weekend work or covering sickness

  • Staying calm and reliable in challenging situations, following agreed processes

  • Travelling between customer locations

  • Holding a full driving licence and having your own vehicle (business insurance required upon successful application)


What we offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: £14.00 – £21.00 p/h

Requirements

All appointments are subject to DBS checks and referencing in line with best practice and current regulations.
