What You’ll Do
  • Provide person-centred care that promotes independence and confidence

  • Build strong, positive relationships through listening, empathy, and communication

  • Travel between customer locations to deliver quality home care

  • Stay calm, patient, and professional in challenging situations

  • Work flexibly, including potential weekends or covering staff sickness

  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

  • Follow agreed processes to ensure safe, consistent care

No previous experience required — we provide full training and ongoing support.

Requirements
  • A genuine passion for helping others

  • A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Business insurance (required upon successful application)

  • Willingness to undergo DBS checks and reference checks in line with current regulations
